Your pizza.
Your dough.
Choose a pizza style, set your batch, and get the ingredient weights you need.
Dial in your batch
Start with New York style, Neapolitan, or pan pizza. Make 1–12 dough balls, choose a weight from 180–500 grams each, and adjust hydration from 50–80%. Dough Dial rebalances the ingredients to keep your chosen batch weight.
Measure and make
See ingredient amounts in grams and ounces, along with baker’s percentages. Follow the mixing, resting, dividing, and fermentation guidance for your batch.
Scan a paper recipe
Use your device’s camera to scan one or more recipe pages. Review and edit the recognized text, name your recipe, and scale the supported ingredient amounts. The importer needs a flour weight and at least one other ingredient weight in grams or ounces. Always check the recognized amounts before making your dough.
Share your ingredient list
Send your scaled recipe through the system share sheet. Imported recipes stay in the current app session; they are not saved between launches. Share your ingredient list if you want to keep a copy.
