Who we are
Dough Dial is developed by Adam Gray, operating as House of Waffles. Contact: hello@houseofwaffles.com. This policy covers Dough Dial. Pitchcall is a separate app; see pitchcall.app for its information.
Information handled by the app
Dough Dial does not collect or transmit personal information to House of Waffles. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, or cloud storage. Batch settings, recipe names, and ingredient text are processed on your device to calculate recipes.
Camera and recipe scanning
Camera access is optional and used only when you choose to scan a recipe. Captured images are processed on your device using Apple’s Vision framework to recognize text. Dough Dial does not upload those images or save them to your photo library or its own files. Images are held temporarily for recognition and are not retained as saved photos.
Retention and deletion
Batch settings, recognized text, and imported recipes are held in app memory, rather than saved to disk or a server. Imported recipes can be removed from the recipe library using its Delete action. Ending the app session releases this temporary data; imported recipes are not retained between launches. There is no House of Waffles app account or server-side recipe data to delete.
Sharing
If you choose Share, Dough Dial passes your scaled recipe text to the system share sheet. The recipient or service you select may retain that text under its own privacy practices. House of Waffles does not receive a copy through the app. Copies you save or send remain outside Dough Dial’s control.
Permissions and privacy choices
You can decline camera access and still use the built-in recipes and calculator. Revoke camera permission at any time in your device’s Settings under Dough Dial (which may appear as Pizza Dough). You can stop using the app or remove it from your device at any time.
Children’s privacy
Dough Dial does not collect personal information from users, including children.
Support and this website
If you email support, your email provider delivers your address and message to House of Waffles. This correspondence is separate from the app’s on-device processing. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of support messages. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
This website uses Firebase Hosting to deliver its pages. House of Waffles has not added advertising, analytics scripts, or account registration. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website under its own policies. Website hosting is separate from Dough Dial, which does not connect to a server for calculations or scanning.
